What you will need

Whole Chicken cut

1 Onion

2 Limes or Apple Cider Vinegar

2 T Dijon Mustard

1 T Bay Leaves

1 T Paprika

1 T Crushed Red Peppers

1/4 Cup of Chicken Stock

Salt & Black Peppers to your taste

4 T Olive Oil

How to cook

Add seasoning, Mustard and Chicken stock (paste)

Rub the chicken with the paste, add cut onions and let it rest for 40mins

In a Pan fry the chicken evenly 5 mins each side approx. then sauté the mustard onions in the same pan for about 5 mins

Add everything into a pot use the marinated liquid and a little water

Cook for about 30 mins or until your chicken is tender and fully cooked

Serve with Salad and Rice 👍🏽
