What you will need
1 corn on the cob
2 cups Orzo
1 big tomato
1/4 cup Roasted Peppers
2.25 Oz Black olives, sliced (1/2 cup)
2 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb Fresh tuna, diced
2 teaspoon Garlic
Fish seasoning to taste
1/2 teaspoon Parsley
How to cook

Drop the corn into a large pot filled with boiling salted water. Cover the pot and let the water return to a boil again, then turn off the heat and keep the pot covered. After about 5 minutes drain and cut corn out of the cob

Cook orzo in boiling water for 8-10 min. Drain and set apart

In a pan add oil and garlic, cook for 3 min. Add tuna and fish seasoning. Cook stiring it for 5 to 7 min

Mix tomato,red peppers, corn and olives in a bowl. Add the tuna,olive oil and parley
