Oven "fried" Ravioli

Try this baked version of the famous St. Louis appetizer. Dunk these crispy pockets into your favorite marinara!
What you will need
1 lb fresh Ravioli
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Water
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder, optional
1 tsp Salt
Cooking Spray
20 oz Marinara Sauce
Parsley, optional

Gather and portion ingredients.

Set oven to 425°F

Place a rack over a rimmed baking sheet and spray with cooking oil.

Whisk two eggs with the water in a shallow bowl until smooth.

Add the bread crumbs, parmesan, salt and pepper to a shallow bowl and stir to combine.

Dip the ravioli in the egg mixture and coat thoroughly. Place into the bread crumb mixture and press to coat both sides. Place on the rack baking sheet.

Bake at 425°F for about 15 minutes or until browned and crispy.
