Pandoro Christmas Tree

Whisk the egg whites until they are thick enough they won’t drop from the bowl

Using a mixer, mix together the egg yolks, sugar and Marsala wine until you have a light cream

Add the mascarpone cheese and keep mixing it well until smooth

Add the egg whites and carefully stir together using a spatula

Cut the pandoro horizontally to form stars

Add the mascarpone cheese to each layer.

Decorate with any fruit you might have available
