Papaya Smoothie Bowl
Papaya has a unique creamy flavor to it that makes it perfect in smoothies. They also create a perfect bowl for serving because the sweet fruit is soft and scoopable. This refreshing dish will make you feel like you're dining at a tropical resort!
What you will need
1/4 cup Coconut Flakes
2 Papayas
2 Bananas
1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1 cup Frozen Mango
1 cup Strawberries

Cut the papayas in half and scoop out thee seeds with a spoon.

Use the spoon to scoop out bit more of the papaya leaving about 1/2 inch or so around the outside to create a bowl for the smoothie. Reserve the scooped out papaya for the smoothie.

Add the scooped out papaya, one banana and the strawberries to the base of a blender.

Add the frozen mango and coconut milk to the blender.

Blend everything until smooth!

Pour smoothie into each of the papaya boats. You may have a little smoothie left over! Add coconut and any other toppings of your choice.
