Peanut Butter Banana Custard Toast
This trending recipe became a popular all-in-one breakfast practically overnight! The slightly sweet yogurt-based custard provides endless ways to customize toast.
What you will need
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
6 slices White Bread
2 cups Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 cup Honey

How to cook
Gather and portion ingredients.
Set oven to 350 °F
Whisk eggs in a medium sized mixing bowl until smooth.
Add the yogurt and honey to the eggs and mix to combine.
Press the middle of each piece of bread to create an indent to put the yogurt custard. Spoon the custard onto the toast and spread out to the edges.
Bake at 350 °F for about 10 minutes or until bread is toasty.
Slice the bananas into thin rounds and evenly distribute over the top of the toasts.
Top with the peanut butter and a few mini chocolate chips.
