Peanut Butter Fudge

1 cup Unsalted Butter
1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
3¾ cup Powdered Sugar

Gather and portion ingredients.

Add the butter and peanut butter to a saucepan over medium heat. Melt the butter and remove from heat when it just reaches a simmer.

Add the melted butter and peanut butter mixture to a large mixing bowl with the powdered sugar. Stir until all of the powdered sugar is hydrated and incorporated and reaches a dough-like consistency.

Drop the mixture into a foil lined 8x8 inch baking dish. Spread into an even layer. Try topping it with chopped peanut butter cups!

Refrigerate for a couple hours or until the fudge is firm. Slice into bite sized cubes for serving.
