Peri Peri Potatoes
The air fryer is a magical tool when it comes to making crispy potatoes. Try this easy rendition with a sweet and tangy peri-peri sauce!
What you will need
4 Russet Potatoes
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 cup Peri-Peri Sauce

How to cook
Gather and portion ingredients. Scrub potatoes.
Cut the potatoes in half and chop into about 1 inch cubes.
Place the cubed potatoes in a mixing bowl and coat with oil. Sprinkle with the salt and black pepper and stir to coat.
Add half of the potatoes and cook for 20 minutes at 350 in the air-fryer. Shake basket halfway through to re-distribute potatoes. Repeat with the remaining potatoes.
Toss the potatoes with the peri peri sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
