Pineapple Citrus Shortcake

Try this tropical twist on the classic strawberry shortcake!

What you will need

1 Fresh Pineapple

1 Lemon Zest

1/2 Lime Zest

1/2 Orange Zest

4 Tbsp Sugar

WHIPPED CREAM

2 Tbsp Sugar

1 1/4 Heavy Cream

1/4 tsp ground Allspice

SHORTBREAD

¼ tsp Baking Soda

1½ tsp Baking Powder

2 cups AP Flour

2 Tbsp Sugar

1/4 tsp Salt

1/2 Lemon Zest

½ cup Unsalted Butter

3/4 cup Heavy Cream

3/4 cup Sour Cream

1/2 Lime Zest

Gather and portion all ingredients.
