Pineapple Orange Carpaccio
This is a beautiful way to dress up your fruit platter for any occasion that could use a little summery vibe!
What you will need
1 Lime
1 Pineapple
.25 oz Fresh Mint
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Oranges

Gather ingredients.

Cut the top and bottom off of the pineapple and stand it upright. Cut around the pineapple to remove the skin.

Slice the pineapple into quarters right down the middle and remove the tough core.

Lay the slices down and slice the pineapple as thin as you can.

Cut the top and bottom off of the orange. Slice the knife between the fruit and the peel to remove it. Slice the orange into rounds.

Stir together the juice of one lime and the honey until homogenous.

Carefully fan the pineapple stacks and arrange them on a platter. Nestle the slices of orange in between the pineapple fans.

Pour the honey lime dressing over the platter and garnish with some torn mint leaves and some orange and lime zest if you like.
