What you will need

flour 3 cups

italian seasoning 1 tsp

egg 1

oil 3-4 tbsp

milk 1 cup

sugar 1 tbsp

salt to taste

milk powder 3 tbsp

instant yeast 1 tsp

water as required

How to cook

Combine salt and sugar in warm milk until dissolved.

Now add flour to a bowl, add in dry ingredients like yeast, milk powder etc and mix.

Now add in oil and mix with hand. Add an egg and start kneading with warm milk until soft dough. Don't knead dry hard dough.

Cover and set aside at a warm place to let the dough rise. I prefer microwave oven.
