Pizza Sauce
What you will need
6 large peeled tomatoes
1 small choped onion
1 tsp garlic
salt to taste
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp crushed red chilli
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
oil 1/4 cup

If you are using fresh tomatoes then boil them to remove skin otherwise whole frozen tomatoes when rubbed under running water loose their skin.

Blend tomatoes in a blender.

Add oil in sauce pan and add in crushed garlic and saute for a while then add chopped onion, saute well. Now add in tomatoes and cook for a while.

Now add in all spices including ketchup and cook till water dries up.

Sauce is ready for pizza.
