This unique but delicious pizza is worth a try. With smoked mozzarella and tangy fresh lemon, this brings something new to the table!
What you will need
1 Cooked Pizza Crust
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
.5 lbs Smoked Mozzarella
1/4 Fresh Lemon

How to cook
Gather and portion ingredients.
Set oven to 400 degrees
Cut the lemon in half and lay flat side down on cutting board. Slice very thin half moons.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the crust, and spread around with a spoon. Top this with the smoked mozzarella
Rip a few leaves of basil on top, and place pizza on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
Top with fresh basil and more lemon juice if you like.
