If you're looking for pork dinner options, this is a great choice. Tenderized cutlets in a crust of parmesan and breadcrumbs.

What you will need

1 lb Boneless Pork Chops

2 Eggs

1 cup Panko

1/2 cup Grated Parmesan

Salt

Black Pepper

Olive Oil

2 Lemons
