It's very easy to prepare, cheap and leaves a wonderful perfume in the house. Great for fall.
What you will need
2 lbs pork shoulder blade roast
1 1/2 tbsp salt
3 tsp paprika
sprinkle of nutmeg(Nutritional facts 124 calories, 3.37 g fat, 0.53 g carbohydrates, 21.81 g protein, 57 mg cholesterol, 1102 mg sodium)
How to cook
Place pork on a casserole pot. Add paprika, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.
Close the casserole pot lid and bake for 6 hours at 265F.
Find something to do. It's amazing.
Remove the lid, turn broil to hi and let it cool till you think it looks great. For me it was 15 minutes.
Cut in large chunks and serve.
