If you're looking for a pork rub, this is as good a place to start as any. On the spicy side, but just cut out the chili powder if you're worried. Like I said, a good place to 'start', so don't be afraid to mix things up to make it your own.

What you will need

1 tsp whole back peppercorns

1 tsp kashmiri chili powder

1 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp ground cumin

4 tbsp​ sugar

1 tbsp salt

How to cook

Store in an airtight location. I used this to roast a pork shoulder. But you can do whatever you like with it.
