Potato Wedges
A mainstay, or at least it should be. This is an easy side dish and it's just plain good eatin'.
What you will need
2 lb Yellow Potatoes
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Sea Salt
Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F

Slice the potatoes in half, then cut the halves into wedges.

Toss the potato wedges in olive oil.

Add the grated parmesan.

Add the onion powder.

Add the garlic powder.

Add the smoked paprika.

Add a little salt and pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.

Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the potato wedges are tender throughout and beginning to brown.
