Potatoes with Creamy Chicken
What you will need
1/2 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped bacon
2 cups of pre-cooked chicken (in cubes or shredded)
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
5 baked/cooked potatoes
1/2 cup shoestring potatoes
Salt, pepper and nutmeg to season
How to cook

Sautée the onion and the garlic with the butter. On another pan, render the bacon, and them mix it together with the onions and garlic

Add the pre-cooked chicken (either cubes or shredded)

Add the heavy whipping cream, and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg

Add the heavy whipping cream, and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg

Add the cooked potatoes to a bowl and slightly smash them

Add the Creamy chicken on top of the potatoes

Add the shoestring potatoes and serve!
