Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus Wreath
A beautiful display of roasted asparagus and decadent crispy edged prosciutto, perfect for a holiday appetizer.
What you will need
2 bunches Asparagus
6 oz Proscuitto

How to cook
Set oven to 450 °F
Break about 1 inch off of the asparagus above the end where it naturally wants to break.
Drizzle the asparagus with a tablespoon or two of olive oil and a pinch of black pepper. Mix around to coat all the pieces evenly with oil.
Wrap the stalk of the asparagus spears in prosciutto. I used about 1/4 to 1/2 of a slice per spear.
Roast at 450° for 5 minutes and then stir and turn the asparagus. Roast for another 3-5 minutes depending on the thickness of your asparagus.
