My 12 year old kid came up with this recipe during mom-son kitchen day😀. (He chose the recipe name as well😉). We made it from scratch. Actually, we were experimenting and it turned out good. So, enjoy a healthy snack😋
What you will need
1 cup sweet corn - cooked with little salt
1 zuccini - chopped
Half a cucumber - chopped
1/2 tsp olive oil
Dry garlic 1 tsp (or fresh garlic 1 clovefinely chopped)
salt to taste
Garam masala (optional)
Cloves 2 (optional)
1 tomato - cut into small cubes
1 tomato - cut into a bit large cubes
Dried Thyme & Rosemary 1tsp each
Cabbage leaves 2
How to cook
In a wide bowl, add corn, small cube tomato & zuccini
Add olive oil, cucumber and (large chunks) tomatoes. Mix well.
Add garam masala, thyme & rosemary. Mix well.
Add cloves and grind in some garlic
Mix everything together. Put it in freezer/ refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes (or until it gets cold). Serve chilled on cabbage leaves.
