What you will need
140g Barilla® Red Lentil Spaghetti
50g zucchini
50 g broccoli flowers
3 egg yolks
60g pecorino romano cheese
40g milk
20g olio evoo
Mint, salt and black pepper to taste

Mix egg yolks, salt and 1/3 of the pecorino cheese. Cook zucchini and broccoli, previously cut into small chunks, in a pan with olive oil. In the meantime, cook pasta in salted boiling water. Drain and mix it in the pan with zucchini. Out of fire add egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of cooking water. Mix for 30 seconds. Add Pecorino cheese, mint, mix and serve with pepper.
