Red Snapper Fillet with Sauce

1 jar Vero Gusto Calabrian Marinara
2 lbs White Fish
¾ cup Kalamata Olives
½ Tbsp Capers
4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1 Tbsp fresh or dried Oregano
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

Gather and portion all ingredients.

Smash, peel, and finely chop the garlic.

Pick the oregano leaves from the stem and finely chop.

In a skillet, sauté garlic in 2 Tbsp olive oil for 1 minute.

Then, add capers and olives.

Saute the fish for 3 minutes and flip.

Stir in Vero Gusto. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes before seasoning with oregano.
