This is an absolutely creamy and delectable dessert. I love the addition of a little orange zest and cinnamon. Feel free to top it with whatever you like, and eat it hot or cold, because it keeps really well in the refrigerator.
What you will need
5 cups Whole Milk
1 cup Arborio Rice
½ cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
3 Tbsp Honey

How to cook
Gather and portion all ingredients.
Add milk, rice, and sugar to a saucepan and begin heating.
Peel about a two inch strip of zest off of the orange and add it to the milk. Add the pinch of salt, cinnamon and vanilla as well.
Bring this up to a simmer and stir every few minutes until rice is cooked and pudding is thickened to your liking.
Remove the orange peel before serving.
I garnished this with honey and pear, but feel free to add any of your favorite toppings!
