What you will need

1 cup arborio rice

1/2 diced onion

2 tbsp butter

1/2 cup white wine

1 tsp saffron

3 cups broth (meat is the traditional, but chicken or vegetable works)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

How to cook
