Roast Beef Crisps
This unique and fun appetizer is just 4 ingredients and anyone can make it. There is no barrier to entry on making this recipe, just a willingness to try something new!
What you will need
8 oz Ruffle Potato Chips
1/4 cup Creamy Horseradish Sauce
.25 oz Fresh Chives
.5 lbs Sliced Roast Beef(Nutritional facts 360 calories, 21.97 g fat, 32.01 g carbohydrates, 9.92 g protein, 36 mg cholesterol, 613 mg sodium)
How to cook
Gather and portion ingredients.
Slice the roast beef into 1 inch strips and then fold them so they fit on top of the chip.
Using a plastic baggie with a hole cut in the corner or a squeeze bottle, dollop about a 1/2 tsp of creamy horseradish sauce into the center of some of the bigger whole potato chips that you can find.
Top the roast beef with a pinch of chopped chives.
I recommend making these right before serving so the chips stay crisp.
