Salmon Citrus Pasta

What you will need

1 lb pasta

1 cup smoked salmon

1 lemon (zest)

2 tbsp Mascarpone cheese (optional)

1 1/2 cup heavy whip cream

Thyme

Salt & pepper to taste

1/2 onion

1/4 cup fish broth

1 tbsp butter

How to cook

Sautée onion

Sautée the onion with the butte.

Add fish broth and reduce

Add fish broth, and leave it on high until it’s reduced

Add the mascarpone (optional)

Add the mascarpone and stir until melted

Add whip cream

Add the heavy whip cream and stir well until thick. You may need to add flour depending on your whip cream (whip cream should not be cooked for too long)

Add thyme

Add thyme and stir well

Add lemon zest

Add the zest of 1 lemons and stir well

Add smoked salmon

Add smoked salmon, Stir well and serve over any kind of pasta
