What you will need
1 lb pasta
1 cup smoked salmon
1 lemon (zest)
2 tbsp Mascarpone cheese (optional)
1 1/2 cup heavy whip cream
Thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 onion
1/4 cup fish broth
1 tbsp butter

Sautée the onion with the butte.

Add fish broth, and leave it on high until it’s reduced
