Salsa Verde is

What you will need

3 lbs Tomatillo

2 cloves Garlic

1 Onion

4 Serranos

Salt

1 bunch Cilantro

Lime

How to cook

Gather and portion ingredients. Wash produce.

Peel and wash the tomatillos until the sticky layer is washed off.

Remove the serrano stems and seeds if you prefer.
