What you will need
4 Russet Potatoes
1lb Salted Cod
Salt & Pepper
Parsley
Canola Oil for frying
1 egg
How to cook

Soak cod in cold water to remove salt
2
Boil and mash potatoes
3
Boil cod for around 10 to 12 mins
4
Mix mashed potatoes and cooked cod evenly
5
Adjust flavor with salt & pepper and add one egg
6
Add 2T chopped parsley

Make small rolls and let them rest in the fridge for aprox 1hour

Submerge in canola oil to fry
