What you will need

1/2 Cup Flour

1/2 Cup Milk

3 Eggs

Mrs. Dash

Shredded Cheddad Cheese

Choppes Ham

3 Tbsp Ham

Sauteed mixture of your favorite veggie combo. I used asparagus, garlic, and cherry tomatoes

4 eggs cooked over medium

How to cook

Preheat oven to 450

Once oven has preheated half way through add empty round casserole dish to oven

Mix first four ingredients.

Once oven is fully ready, take round casserole dish out of oven and add melted butter.

Add melted butter. Then add mixture. Top with cheese and ham.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Once done, sprinkle sautee mixture. Top with cooked eggs. I also add sliced avocados
