What you will need

8 slices Wasa Gluten Free Original

¼ cup chopped yellow onion

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 cups green peas

1 cup vegetable broth

2 mint leaves

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 cup feta cheese

To Taste salt

To Taste pepper

How to cook

SWEAT yellow onion with olive oil gently over medium heat for 4 minutes

ADD peas and vegetable broth, season with salt and pepper and bring to boil, cook 2 minutes

SEPARATE liquid from peas and cool down as quick as possible – set liquid aside in case needed for below step

PROCESS peas in blender with mint leaves until smooth - adjusting density with the right amount of liquid

SPREAD pea mixture on Wasa crispbread

SLICE cherry tomatoes in half and place on top of pea mixture
