Shiitake Mushroom with Butter

What you will need

2 cups shiitake mushroom

1 garlic clove

4 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoon white wine

2 tablespoon soy sauce

Spring onion

How to cook

Wash & cut mushrooms

Wash in cold water, dry well. Cut the steam, cut into 1/4 inch strings

Smash garlic & add butter

Smash the garlic, add the butter and melt

Cook covered for 5 minutes

Add the mushroom, stir well and cover for 5 minutes

Add white wine & soy sauce

Open the pan, add the white wine and soy sauce

Stir & serve!

Stir well, add spring onions and serve!
