What you will need

2 cups shiitake mushroom

1 garlic clove

4 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoon white wine

2 tablespoon soy sauce

Spring onion

How to cook

Wash in cold water, dry well. Cut the steam, cut into 1/4 inch strings
