Whip up this quick dessert with what you have in the pantry! Use canned peaches and Bisquick baking mix to make this shortcut cobbler. Top with ice cream or whipped cream!
What you will need
1/2 cup Butter
1 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup Milk
1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg
3/4 cup Sugar
29 ounces canned Sliced Peaches
Whipped Cream, optional

Gather and portion all ingredients.

Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stove.

Add the Bisquick mix and milk to the base of a baking dish.

Add nutmeg and melted butter to the mix and stir to combine, leaving no dry spots of batter.

Drain the peaches in a collander. You want to try to avoid getting too much liquid in the mixture from the peaches. Add the sugar to the peaches and stir.

Pour the sugared peaches on top of the batter and spread them around.

Bake for about 50 minutes or until set and browned. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
