Side Salad
What you will need
10 oz Mixed Salad Greens
1 Carrot
1 English Cucumber
6 oz Cherry Tomatoes
1 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan

Gather and portion ingredients.

Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the stem and seeds. Tap against your hand to get any stuck seeds out.

Slice the bell pepper into thin strips and cut those strips in half so they are more bite-sized.

Cut the stem off of the cucumber and then slice in half lengthwise. Lay the flat side down on the cutting board and slice into thin half-moons.

Chop the carrot in half and slice into thin half-moons.

In a large bowl, add the red bell pepper, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes and parmesan to the mixed greens.

Top with salad dressing and toss - hopefully without spilling too much!
