Quick and delicious slow carb friendly breakfast
What you will need
2 eggs
2 small tomatoes
1/2 avocado
Sausage
Parsley
Butter
Olive oil
Salt
How to cook

Gather ingredients together

Cut parallel dents on sausage

Heat the butter in a small pan and pan fry the sausage in low heat

Whisk eggs in a bowl and add some water

Heat the pan, melt the butter and add eggs. Flip the other side when there's no more runny egg left on top

Chop tomatoes and slice avocado

Wrap tomatoes into egg omelette. Add tomatoes left and some parsley on top

Place sausage and pour over butter left in the pan

Add sliced avocados, add a hint of olive oil and some salt
