Load up your grilled cheese with these fantastic Spanakopita inspired flavors. One tip, swap the bread for a pita.

8 oz Artichoke Hearts

1 bunch Spinach

6 oz Feta

8 oz Fresh Mozzarella

1/4 Red Onion

Olive Oil
