Just a few simple ingredients that work well together.

What you will need

1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

¼ cup Olive Oil

5 oz. Washed Spinach

3 sprigs Fresh Thyme.

Salt

Black Pepper

4 oz. Figs

1 oz. Blue Cheese

1/4 cup Pine Nuts

Place the balsamic vinegar in a large mixing bowl.

Whisk in the olive oil in a thin stream.
