What you will need

1 lb Arborio rice

2 tbsp of butter

1/2 diced onion

2 cups of diced squash

1 cup of white wine

5 cups of broth (any kind)

1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

How to cook

Add the squash and sautée a little

Add the rice, mix well and sautée for about 3 minutes
