This recipe takes all the things you love about a cheese ball and puts them into convenient individual bites!
What you will need
1 bunch Celery
5.2 oz Boursin
1/3 cup Roasted Almonds
1/4 bunch Fresh Parsley(Nutritional facts 47 calories, 1.67 g fat, 7.17 g carbohydrates, 1.19 g protein, undefined mg cholesterol, 110 mg sodium)
How to cook
Cut the ends off of the celery and cut into about 3 inch pieces.
Finely chop the parsley leaves and the roasted almonds.
Add the chopped parsley and almonds to a shallow bowl and toss together.
Fill the celery curve with the Boursin cheese and then press the cheese side of the celery into the bowl with the chopped almonds and parsley.
