Crispy pan-fried tofu and fresh broccoli in a sweet and sour glaze.

What you will need

1 lb Broccoli

1 lb Firm Tofu

2 Tbsp Corn Starch

1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar

1/4 cup Ketchup

1 piece Star Anise

1/4 cup Toasted Sesame Oil

10 oz. Cooked Rice

Slice the broccoli into bite-sized florets.

Slice the tofu into slabs (about 1/2" thick).
