I can't wait to make this dish all summer long! Do something new with watermelon with the salty, tangy, and slightly spicy power or Tajin Seasoning. This thin sliced "carpaccio" is a sweet, savory, and unique dish to add to any summer meal.

What you will need

1/2 tsp Tajin Seasoning

1/2 Watermelon

1 Lime

2 oz Cotija Cheese
