What you will need
1/2 tsp Tajin Seasoning
2 oz Cotija

How to cook
Cut the watermelon into thick slices and cut off the rind.
Cut the half circle in half and slice the watermelon as thin as possible.
Lay the watermelon slices slightly overlapping onto a platter.
Drizzle the watermelon slices with the lime juice and sprinkle with the Tajin seasoning. Layer lime slices in if you like for serving.
Crumble cotija cheese over the top of the watermelon.
