This creamy peanut butter dressing can be used in many dishes - try it on salads, rice bowls, stir frys and more!

What you will need

⅓ cup Peanut Butter

2 Tbsp Lime Juice

3 Tbsp Honey

1 ½ Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

1 ½ Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Sesame Oil

1 tsp Sriracha

½ inch Fresh Ginger

1 Clove Garlic

Water, if needed

Gather and portion all ingredients.

processor or blender. If you don't have a blender, you can use creamy peanut butter and whisk it together.

Grate or chop the fresh ginger and clove of garlic into the base of a food processor or blender. If you don't have a blender, you can use creamy peanut butter and whisk it together.

Juice the lime - you will need about 2 Tbsp of juice.

Add the soy sauce to the food processor.
