What you will need
15 oz Plain Mini Bagels
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Red Onion
3 oz Smoked Salmon
1 English Cucumber
1 Slicing Tomato
.5 oz Fresh Dill
.5 oz Fresh Chives
4 Hard Boiled Eggs

How to cook
Gather and portion ingredients.
Finely chop the herbs and mix into the cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
Shave the carrots with a peeler into ribbons.
Cut the ends off of the cucumber and slice into thin pieces at an angle.
Slice the ends off of the lemon and cut in half. Slice into wedges.
Peel and slice the onion into rings.
Cut the tomato in half and slice into wedges.
As a topping for a few of the bagels, grate the hard boiled egg.
