What you will need

28 oz Firm Tofu

2 stalks Lemongrass

1 tsp Coriander Powder

2 cloves Garlic

4 Shallots

1 tsp Chili Powder

3 Tbsps Oil

2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

2 tsp Turmeric Powder

Bamboo skewers

1 cucumber

1 Onion

Peanut Sauce

1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

2-3 Tablespoons Sriracha

1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice

1/4 Cup Agave

2 Tablespoons Toasted Sesame Oil

1/2 Cup Warm Water

6 Cloves Garlic

3 Tablespoons Fresh Grated Ginger

1/3 Cup Soy Sauce

1 Teaspoon Rice Vinegar
