Tortellini with Pesto Dip & Fruit
Cook the tortellini up the night before, and store in the fridge if you tend to run out of time in the morning! The tortellini are perfect for dipping in the pesto sauce.
What you will need
19 oz Tortellini
1 cup Pesto
4 Mandarin Oranges

How to cook
Gather and portion ingredients.
Bring the water to a boil and cook tortellini according to package instructions.
Drain the tortellini and add to the lunch box
Assemble the lunch box with the pesto, cherry tomatoes, and mandarin orange. You can choose to mix the tortellini and tomatoes or leave them separate. Younger kids usually need their oranges peeled for them :)
