With a few spices you can elevate this snack mix! Perfect for a long car trip or hike.

What you will need

1 Tbsp Curry Powder

1 Tbsp Butter

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

1 cup Salted Roasted Almonds

1 cup Salted Cashews

1 cup Flaked Coconut

1/2 cup Dried Mangoes

1/2 cup Dried Pineapple

1/2 cup Banana Chips

Add the almonds, cashews, and coconut flakes to a microwave safe mixing bowl.
