What you will need
1 Tbsp Curry Powder
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 cup Salted Roasted Almonds
1 cup Salted Cashews
1 cup Flaked Coconut
1/2 cup Dried Mangoes
1/2 cup Dried Pineapple

How to cook
Add the almonds, cashews, and coconut flakes to a microwave safe mixing bowl.
Mix the butter, oil, curry powder, and cumin in a small bowl.
Melt the butter in the microwave.
Microwave the nuts and coconut for 5 minutes stirring every minute or so to avoid burning.
Pour the nuts and coconut out on a baking sheet to cool.
Cut the dried mango into bite sized pieces.
Cut the pineapple into smaller pieces if you prefer, otherwise feel free to keep them whole.
