Vegan Asian Chicken Salad
What you will need
9 oz. Gardein Crispy Strips
1 Asian Salad Kit
1 English Cucumber
10 oz. can Mandarin Oranges(Nutritional facts 42 calories, 0.44 g fat, 9.45 g carbohydrates, 0.83 g protein, undefined mg cholesterol, 117 mg sodium)
How to cook
Preheat oven to 430°F
Arrange the crispy strips on a baking sheet and bake as directed on package (about 20 minutes at 430°F).
Peel the cucumber. Slice it in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon and discard them. Slice the cucumber into small chunks.
Open up the Asian salad kit and toss the lettuce and cabbage in a large mixing bowl.
Toss in the sliced cucumber.
Drain the mandarin oranges. Discard the liquid. Add the mandarin oranges to the salad mix.
Your salad kit probably came with some crispy toppings. Mine came with crunchy wontons and sliced almonds. Add those to the bowl now as well.
Toss with the provided dressing.
Serve Gardein Crispy Strips over a bed of salad.
