Vegan Chicken Shawarma
Take advantage of Gardein's meatless crispy strips to make these easy vegan shawarmas.
What you will need
1 English Cucumber
9 oz. Cherry Tomatoes
4 oz. Kalamata Olives
9 oz. Gardein Crispy Tenders
8 oz. Hummus

How to cook
Preheat oven to 430°F
Peel the cucumber. Slice it in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon and discard them. Slice the cucumber into small chunks.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half.
Drain the olives and chop them in half.
Arrange the crispy strips on a baking sheet and bake as directed on package (about 20 minutes at 430°F).
Warm up the naan a little. Pop them in the microwave for 15 seconds or you can just put them in the oven for the last 5 minutes of cooking the crispy strips.
Spread a little hummus on a warm piece of naan.
Add some cucumber slices.
Add some halved cherry tomatoes.
Add some olives.
Arrange a few crispy strips on top. Wrap and consume.
