What you will need

30 oz cubbed tofu

3 tbsp miso

4 carrots

1 garlic clove

Peas

Brussels spouts

1 cup soy milk

1 tbsp flour

Sesame seeds

Salt, pepper, curry

How to cook

Marinade the tofu with miso
