Vegan Creamy Veggies with Tofu
What you will need
30 oz cubbed tofu
3 tbsp miso
4 carrots
1 garlic clove
Peas
Brussels spouts
1 cup soy milk
1 tbsp flour
Sesame seeds
Salt, pepper, curry
How to cook

Marinade the tofu with miso

SautΓ©e the garlic and carrots

Add the marinated tofu and stir

Add the peas and stir

Add the Brussels sprouts and stir

Add water, cover and cook for 5 minutes

Uncover and cook until the water dries out

You may serve it extra creamy by adding soy milk + flour
