What you will need
8 slices Bread
7 oz Plant Based Cheese Slices
Olive Oil(Nutritional facts 361 calories, 14.83 g fat, 39.22 g carbohydrates, 17.1 g protein, 30 mg cholesterol, 700 mg sodium)
How to cook
Add some oil to a skillet over medium heat. Assemble the sandwich with a couple slices of vegan cheese.
Top the skillet with a lid and grill or a few minutes until bread is golden brown. Flip to the other side adding more oil as needed. Grill on the other side for a few more minutes until cheese is melty.
