A simple and filling vegan soup that makes great use of Gardein's Meatless Meatballs.

What you will need

3 Carrots

2 ribs Celery

1 White Onion

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Italian Seasoning

1/4 cup Vegetable Bouillon

15 oz. Diced Tomatoes

6 cups Water

1 cup Macaroni

12 oz. Gardein Meatless Meatballs

Salt

Black Pepper

Peel the carrots and grate on a standard cheese grater.
